When starting the application I receive the following message: This application is not compatible with IE7 and under

How do I push through a correction?
The following steps need to be followed if a timeregistration line has been declined:
Step 1: Correct the wrong hours in the declined line or remove the line
Step 2: Add a new line with the correct codes/hours
Step 3: Add a remark to line
Step 4: Click the button 'submit' to resubmit the hours
Besides this you can also submit negative hours. This however is only possible when the line is fully approved.
I have accidentally submitted hours on the wrong codes. They are already submitted and approved by the projectmanager and linemanager. How can I correct these?
This can be done by adding a new line and adding negative hours.

I cannot find the project/security code/activity for which I must submit hours
The project/security code/activity is not yet known in Metacom or you are not assigned to the company of the project in Metacom.
Contact the projectcontroller of the corresponding project.
I cannot login because I did not receive an account
You can login using your emailaddress. The password is Welkom01. If this does not work, then you are probably not (fully)registered within Metacom. Please contact HR or the IT Service Desk.
I receive the following message 'user not found'
Try to login with your Boskalis emailaddress. If this doesn't work, please contact HR or the IT Service Desk.
I receive the following message 'Timeregistration cannot be processed within Metacom, Errormessage of Metacom is added to the remarks'
The project/security code/activity or the period is closed or blocked within Metacom. Please contact the projectcontroller of the corresponding project.
I receive the following message '(message from backend: (mutex)'
You don't have to do anything in this case, BOAT will keep trying to resend the data to Metacom and after this it will automatically be green. A mutexmessage means that a record within Metacom was currently in use when BOAT was sending data to it. Because this failed the lines won't be shown as approved yet.
I do not know how to book hours
Explanation about booking hours can be found in the manual 'Elektronic timeregistration' when clicking on the Help button on the homepage.
My linemanager or projectmanager does not approve my hours.
Contact your linemanager or projectmanager.
My account is locked. How can I reset my password?
Click 'Forgot Password?’ and follow the instructions.
My hours aren't correct
Your hours are incorrect in Metacom. Please contact your HR manager.
My linemanager declines my hours
First check the remarks to find out why the hours have been declined and add own remarks if needed. Check with your linemanager why the hours have been declined.
My projectmanager declines my hours
First check with your projectmanager why the hours have been declined and correct the hours if needed.
How do I know if I need to book on official holidays or collective days?
You've received a document which contains information about official holidays and collective days. You can also ask your HR. department.
I cannot decline lines
A remarkt is required to decline a line. Make sure to add a remark for the line to be declined.
I receive the following message 'Registrationstatus unknown. Please contact the administrator'
This message means that another colleague is entering he's/her hours and that the line is not accessible. If this message is still displayed after one day, please contact the IT Servicedesk.
I cannot approve hours as linemanager
Metacom has a incorrect relation with employee-linemanager entered. Please contact your HR. department
I cannot approve hours as a projectmanager
You aren't added as a projectmanager to the corresponding project, this needs to be done by the responsible projectcontroller in Metacom.
